We offer approx. 15 graduate placements each year. As each Graduate is assigned a real role with real responsibility the number of placements on offer and the areas in which we hire Graduates into can change year on year dependent on business needs.
Your role on the Graduate Programme will start at the beginning of September, although we may start some roles earlier. The Development Programme starts in October.
The Graduate Programme is an 18 month contract finishing in March. At the end of this contract we will support you in finding a new role.
We are always looking for great talent and many of our current leadership team have progressed their career within ARYZTA. The graduate contract is for an 18 month duration and is an integral part of our succession planning strategy. On successful completion of the programme we will confirm your permanent role location and discipline. This is the start of your career to become a future ARYZTA leader!
You will receive intensive training, coaching and mentoring during the graduate programme along with a complete company induction at the start of your placement. Throughout your 18 month placement you will attend career development workshops covering key modules, such as, strategy, project management, negotiation and influencing skills, finance and operations management. The modules will be delivered by a leading international business school in partnership with ARYZTA.

- Complete a 1 way video interview on your phone.
- Attend interviews with the hiring team and HR.
- Offer of Graduate Placements
Through each of the above steps we will keep you updated on the progress of your application.
The recruitment process will be conducted in English, although you may complete your face-to-face interviews in the country’s local language.
We will certainly keep you updated on your application progression. However due to the large volumes of applications we receive, we are only able to offer individual feedback to those who attend Assessment Centre.
ARYZTA are not currently in a position to offer work permit or Visa sponsorship for the European Graduate Programme and are not in a position to progress candidates who do not possess the right to work across the EEA.
You are more than welcome to apply for the Graduate Programme if you had applied previously. If we have crossed paths before we would ask you to indicate this on your application form.
