Michael Schai is a seasoned senior executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience at global organisations including Mars, ARYZTA, and Lindt & Sprüngli in the consumer goods and baked goods sectors. At HIESTAND / ARYZTA. Mr. Schai has held a variety of roles across the Group in Switzerland and Asia-Pacific and was responsible for the Global Bun Bakeries Business in his last position. His roles have spanned marketing, sales, strategic development, and operational leadership across Australia, Asia-Pacific and Europe. Before re-joining ARYZTA, Michael was the CEO of Lindt & Sprüngli, Australia. Michael joined the Executive Management Committee as Group Chief Executive Officer in January 2025.

Martin Huber joins ARYZTA with a wealth of finance and controlling expertise and a strong track record in driving value creation in both turnaround and growth business situations. Martin is a highly experienced multinational executive having lived and worked in Switzerland, Germany, Venezuela, Colombia, Mexico, and Brazil. Over the last 20 years at Nestlé, he has held senior finance and controlling positions as market CFO. From 2011 to begining of 2016 he was the market CFO for Nestlé Brazil subsequently he assumed the role of Head of Group Control at Nestlé S.A. and from 2018, Martin was the CFO for the globally managed business of Nespresso. Martin Joined the Executive Comittee in August 2021.
Executive MBA from HEC Paris
Christophe has over 25 years of experience in the food industry. Christophe has held various procurement leadership positions in ARYZTA for the past 17 years and rejoined the group in January 2021 to be appointed Chief Procurement Officer in July 2021. Prior to that, he held a COO and Board member position for a mid-sized business growing a sustainable organic and fairtrade food Farm to fork model in Europe, West Africa, South America, and Maghreb. Trained in the food industry, Christophe holds an executive MBA from HEC Paris and started his career in South Africa taking over and reviving a struggling bakery business. Christophe joined the Executive Committee in October 2023. Effective 24 October 2024, Christophe assumed the role of Chief Operations Officer (COO), which includes the merged responsibilities and reporting lines for procurement, manufacturing and logistics.

Anthony has over 26 years of experience in the bakery and dairy industries and was appointed Chief Commercial Officer in January 2025. Anthony started his career in the financial services sector and moved into the food industry in 1998. Anthony has held a number of senior roles with Aryzta over an 18 year period in both Europe and North America, most recently as Managing Director of Aryzta North West Europe. Anthony has previously held roles a Group Chief Operating Officer for Ornua and Executive Chairman of DPI Specialty Foods, US. Anthony joined the Executive Management Committee in January 2025.
