• The Company holds 2,234,359 registered shares in treasury
• The total number of voting rights therefore is 82,810,436

Disclosure of Shareholdings on Irish Stock Exchange (ISE): 

82,810,436 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, ARYZTA AG under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007.
